We were able to buy tickets (from your website) in early November when the buses weren’t even running yet. - So we lost our money

The local supplier has indicated to us that the buses were running normally that day. We contacted you for more details, but have not received a response. We are sorry to hear that you had problems enjoying this service.

It was really hard exchanging our Civitatis voucher for actual tickets. Had to wait for quite a while for a Hop On Hop Off Bus person to get to an actual computer to get the tickets. Once that was done and we got the tickets the experience was great. Saw lots of Buenos Aires and the buses were clean and efficient.

Achei interessante, mas o ônibus demora muito pra passar em cada ponto...no ponto original que embarcamos deveria nos deixar...Ele faz 1 volta completa e para pra começar tudo de novo, a demora limita o nosso acesso a algumas atrações.
