We'll meet up at your chosen time at Puerto Madero Sur in Buenos Aires, from where the ferry to Colonia del Sacramento departs. Once onboard, you'll sail across the River Plate to one of the first colonial cities in South America.
After a journey of an 1 hour 30 minutes, we'll arrive in the historic Uruguayan city which you can then explore at your leisure. Declared a World Heritage Site, Colonia is full of colorful houses, art galleries, and cobbled streets which you can stroll through.
You can discover the mixture of Portuguese and Spanish colonial architecture, as well as investigating its history by admiring the Gateway of the Citadel, also called the Gateway of the Country, or the Street of Sighs, the hallmark of Colonia.

Several ferries depart every day, when making the reservation, you can select the day and time of the departure from Buenos Aires. On the next page of the booking process, you can choose the time of return from Colonia del Sacramento. If you choose the round trip option, you must return to Buenos Aires on the same day.
