El servicio se contrató con traslados y nunca llegaron al hotel por nosotros. Tuvimos que pagar un taxi para llegar al lugar y no perder la experiencia. Se llamó repetidas veces a los números de contacto del operador local pero jamás contestaron.

The service was contracted with transfers and they never arrived at the hotel for us. We had to pay a taxi to get to the place and not lose the experience. The contact numbers of the local operator were called repeatedly but they never answered.
