Califico con regular porque no advierten o aconsejan que esta actividad se debe hacer al menos en 2 días saliendo en el primer viaje dia 1, regreso último viaje del segundo SI SE HACE EN UN SOLO DIA SOLO PERMITE DAR UNA VUELTA EN LA RUTA CENTRAL DEL AUTOBUS TURISTICO SIN BAJARSE EN NINGUNA PARADA. deben colocar en los tiempos de los procesos de migración (salida y regreso) el los viajes ambos sentidos ferry bus + migraciones) se llevan al menos de 9 a 10 horas

Tenía reserva para una fecha y me avisaron que ya no había cupo (los sobrevendieron) y que los horarios que yo había elegido solo me permitían estar 3 horas en Montevideo por los trayectos y demás. Eso nadie lo menciona en ninguna parte, pero este viaje no es para 1 solo día ya que son alrededor de 5 horas de ida y 5 de regreso. Por otro lado tanto el ferry como el autobús son muy cómodos y espaciosos y cumplen sus horarios a cabalidad. No recomiendo el viaje con Civitatis como intermediario.

I had a reservation for a specific date, but they informed me that there were no more seats available (they were overbooked) and that the times I had chosen only allowed me to spend 3 hours in Montevideo due to travel time and other factors. No one mentions this anywhere, but this trip isn't for just one day, as it takes around 5 hours each way. On the other hand, both the ferry and the bus are very comfortable and spacious, and they are always on time. I don't recommend using Civitatis as an intermediary.

NO recomiendo comprar nada con CIVITATIS ellos son intermediarios entre el proveedor principal, tuve muchos problemas, y su única respuesta que daban era precisamente eso que son INTERMEDIARIOS, sus oficinas son en España así que imagínate si estás en un destino con diferencia horaria, pésima atención, jamás me resolvieron, son arrogantes y groseros, NO COMPRES COMPRES CON ELLOS, busca otra opción!
