Una pésima experiencia, primero que en la publicidad mencionaban Colonia como parada, y solo es un punto de conexión, eso se puede tolerar, pero el barco salió con retraso y a pesar de haber llegado 1 hora antes, el barco salió 1 hora después. En el lugar de llegada todo es super rápido y prácticamente tienes que hacer todo en la terminal, los buses no tienen cargador y prácticamente solo puedes ver Montevideo por 1 hora. Algo que no especifican en esta actividad. Muy mala experiencia.

El servicio del ferry muy bueno, puntual, limpio y serviciales pero yo compre un ticket para ferry y bus para Montevideo. Y solo me dejaron en colonia me dieron un walking tour por colonial de una hora y me dejaron ahí. No tenía pase para el bus y me tuve que regresar a Buenos Aires en el ferry. Es decir no cumplieron con el tour pagado Buenos Aires - Montevideo - Buenos Aires. Solicito me devuelvan el saldo porque no se cumplió con el tour comprado
