Pasaron a recogernos media hora tarde aunque eramos los primeros... por el tráfico, según explicaron. Por lo demás, muy bien. El guía estupendo, muy atento, buenas explicaciones. Contraté un tour de 4horas y media y la guía nos dijo que era de tres horas. Hemos pagado 21 euros en lugar de 16 euros que costaba el de tres horas que es el hemos hecho. Además la guía, Sol, hablaba más en inglés que en español y unas explicaciones muy pobres, sin ningun nterés por su parte. Esperamos que la excursión de mañana al Tigre sea mejor pues si es similar anularemos las que tenemos previstas en Brasil . La visita nos ha parecido tan mala que hemos vuelto a nuestro hotel en un taxi.

I hired a 4 and a half hour tour and the guide told us it was three hours. We have paid 21 euros instead of 16 euros that cost the three hours that is what we have done. La vista consistio en transportarlos a los distintos lugares de Buenos Aires pero la Guía no brindo información de los lugares visitados. No tiene sentido hacer un tour donde solo te señalan donde esta cada cosa y no dan información histórica o actual sobre ellas. Sería lo mismo ir por cuanta de uno y se evita el gasto. modo de ejemplo los bajo en la plaza de mayo y se limito a decirles que habia alli, La Casa Rosada, La Catedral y los museos, que tenían 35 minutos para recorrer por su cuenta.

La guía. Una borde total y una maleducada. Fuimos a buscar a más personas y después de 40 minutos coge el micrófono y dice buenas tardes. No se realizaron las tres paradas. Duro menos de tres horas y media cuando era de cuatro horas

En este tipo de actividades, normalmente, se pasa a recoger a los participantes en diferentes zonas de la ciudad y hoteles. Solo se hicieron dos de las tres paradas por problemas operativos. Sentimos mucho que el servicio no se desarrollase como se esperaba. Hemos procedido a realizar la compensación correspondiente.
