Join this gastronomic experience in Buenos Aires and enjoy tastings of 10 local craft beers paired with two savory tapas and one sweet treat. The perfect activity for foodies in the Palermo Soho neighborhood!
Buenos Aires Beer & Tapas Tasting
We'll meet at 5:30 pm at the Baum Brewery, a central location and local hotspot in the Palermo Soho neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
Here we'll enjoy a tasting of 10 Argentinean craft beers. An expert in the field will teach you how to identify the nuances of these beverages, which have won several national and international awards and recognitions.
During the tasting, you'll also learn how to decipher beer stats. Do you know what the acronyms AVL, IBU and SRM mean? We'll teach you how to interpret these indications that appear on the labels of beer bottles so that you can become real experts.
While you identify the subtle notes of your beer, we'll also enjoy two savory tapas. The first will consist of braised pork with spicy sauce, while the second will include ham with cheese and arugula.
Finally, at 7 pm we'll end the experience with a brownie and homemade ice cream.
