Discover one of the most bohemian neighborhoods of Buenos Aires on this amazing walking tour of Barracas.
Barracas Walking Tour
We will meet at the scheduled time in the center of Barracas, where we'll begin our fascinating tour of this porteño neighborhood.
This place has served as a home for both aristocracy and the working class of Buenos Aires. This mixture of influences can be seen in the architecture of the buildings, some of them huge mansions built during the nineteenth century and others, renovated factories.
As we explore the charming streets of Barracas, you will discover the importance that urban art holds in this neighborhood. You will see various iconic pieces of wall art, among which is the "The return of Quinquela", a huge mural that will leave you amazed, especially when you hear the story behind it.
We will also visit the elegant Church of Santa Felicita, an amazing Art Nouveau train station, and the Or Torah Synagogue, among many other fascinating places. But without a doubt, the main stars of this tour are the street artists and their urban works of art.
After four hours exploring this captivating neighborhood, we will end the tour of Barracas next to the Pueyrredón Bridge.
