Rollerblade Tour of Buenos Aires
When making your reservation you can choose one of these two routes:
Plaza de Mayo and Puerto Madero Tour
We will meet up at the chosen time in front of the main entrance of the magnificent Metropolitan Cathedral of Buenos Aires, located in the famous Plaza de Mayo square. Before setting off on our rollerblades, we will take a 30-minute walking tour of the square. We will contemplate the exterior facade of emblematic monuments as the Cabildo and, of course, the famous Casa Rosada: the seat of the Executive Power of the Argentine Republic.
After this guided tour on foot, we will put on the rollerblades and get ready to explore the city. We will skate along the iconic Avenida de Mayo and head to the Plaza del Congreso square, where we will learn some fascinating facts about the Argentine parliamentary system. We will continue by heading down 9 de Julio Avenue (where we will see the famous Obelisk) and stopping in front of the famous Colón Theatre and the Puente de la Mujer bridge.
This rollerblading tour around Buenos Aires concludes in the charming neighborhood of Puerto Madero. The last stop will be at the Dandy Deli cafe - the perfect place for you to take some well deserved refreshments (not included).
Recoleta and Palermo Tour
We start this route by meeting up at your chosen time, at the entrance to the famous Recoleta Cemetery. Then, for 40 minutes, we will stroll around the cemetery, and see the tombs of notable people from history such as Raúl Ricardo Alfonsín and Eva Perón. We will also explore the area surrounding the necropolis, where the pretty church of Nuestra Señora del Pilar and the elegant Plaza Francia square are located.
At the end of the walking tour we will put on the rollerblades and set off to explore the northern part of the city on wheels. We will encounter the iconic Flower Monument and the picturesque Rosedal Park in Palermo. Along the way you will hear some fascinating stories and anecdotes from this city's past.
Our fabulous skating tour finishes on the elegant Libertador Avenue, in front of the National Museum of Fine Arts building.
