Wine Tasting and Tapas in Buenos Aires
Fall in love with the most intense flavors of Argentina on this wine and tapas tour in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. You'll visit two wine shops and taste the most typical products.
Wine Tasting and Tapas in Buenos Aires
We'll meet at 6 pm at the Vinoteca Bonvino wine bar on Calle Gorriti, in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
In this first wine bar, the owners will show us how to taste various boutique wines, from limited bottles and small vineyards of excellent quality. We'll try three wines and, as a pairing, we'll enjoy a board of cheeses made with Argentine milk and a selection of bread rolls, olives and crackers.
After enjoying these delicacies, we'll continue our tour through the picturesque neighborhood of Palermo. The guide will tell us about the history of the Soho and Hollywood districts and we'll learn about the traditional Casa Chorizo ('Sausage House') and the street art that decorates every corner.
The second stop will take place at 8 pm at the Vinoteca Overo wine bar. There, we'll enjoy a romantic sunset while having two glasses of wine, two Argentine empanadas baked in a clay oven and a typical dessert, choosing from the following specialties: bitter chocolate pastries with homemade peach jam; roasted guava pastries; banana, dulce de leche and fried chestnuts in a clay oven; guava cheese and dried fruits.
At 9 pm, we'll conclude the tour at the Overo wine bar, in front of Plaza Armenia.
